    Kayla has extensive work experience in the fields of mental health and domestic violence in frontline, clinical, and leadership roles.

    Kayla dedicates her life to assisting adults build strategies to heal, recover and thrive during and after difficult life experiences.

    Kayla specializes in workplace issues such as workplace burnout, emotional exhaustion, and workplace bullying and harassment. Kayla also provides training to service providers in the area of domestic violence, risk assessments and strangulation prevention.
